Michael is the owner and lead travel planner. Travel has been a lifelong passion for Michael. He started working as an outside travel agent in the 1970s, and opened his own full Travel Agency – Elite Travel Planners in 2004. The industry has evolved greatly over the past 40 years, but one thing has remained throughout – Michael’s resolve to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for all his clients.

Originally from New Rochelle, New York – Clayton, North Carolina area is currently home. An avid traveler himself, he is always exploring the globe searching for the best hotels, ships, restaurants and experiences for his clients vacations. And of course testing those accommodations, restaurants and experiences himself!

Today you’ll find Michael cruising the rivers of Europe or hopping from island to island in the Caribbean. When he isn’t on a cruise ship, he loves to explore medieval villages in Italy, France and the rest of Europe surrounded by wine country. Of course if you ask him, his favorite place to be is on a beach or poolside at an all-inclusive resort with friends and family.

Ingrid has been traveling internationally since she was a baby. She spent most of her childhood summers traveling throughout Western Europe with the family. As a young adult she began to explore the Caribbean, and deeply fell in love with all things Italian!

While traveling, you will most likely find Ingrid snorkeling in the Caribbean, skiing any steep peak she can, exploring local markets and most certainly hiking in every forest she can get to.

Once introduced to cruising in 2002, she’s amassed thousands of nautical miles, and is passionate about river cruising – especially if it’s a wine themed cruise. She feels there’s no better way to immerse yourself right into the countryside.

Having been in the hospitality industry for 30+ years, Ingrid prides herself in attention to detail and makes sure her clients are well informed & taken care of in every aspect of their travels.

Dina has been traveling since she was a child. Her parents took her to see many great sights within the US. Dina has kept that travel spirit alive as an adult and loves to travel with her family.

Dina loves to travel, and especially by cruise ship. She was completely blown away on her first cruise in 2004, and has been cruising ever since. Dina loves to experience new places and adventures with her husband John, and daughter Kayley – cruising has definitely become their favorite way to vacation.

Dina has worked in the hospitality field for over 19 years and truly loves interacting with her clients. Providing great customer service, attending to her clients needs, and getting to know them on a personal level is of the utmost importance to Dina.
